Products list

The Products List screen displays all your products. This includes the system generated SHIP product for shipping.

Several views of your Product List are available. Some require you to be integrated with the selling channel before you can access the selling channel view of your products. They can be selected from the Products menu.

Each view then provides several tabs, which will allow you to access some quick and handy sub views of your products.

Here are some quick links related to the Product List:

Product Information view

You can sort the list by clicking on any underlined column header. An arrowhead depicting an ascending or descending sort order will be displayed above the sort based column. Some columns like Product provide a few different sorting options. Sorting is not available when the list has more than 10,000 items.

Clicking on an image thumbnail will display a larger pop-up image. Just click the image or the screen to remove the pop-up. Clicking anywhere on the rest of the row, will display the products details.

The Export button allows you to export the product fields, which are specific to that view and based on the products that you have selected in the list.

The Archive button allows you to either archive or unarchive all the products selected in the list. You will only be able to unarchive, if the view filter has been set to include archived products.

Shopify products will be removed from Shopify when archiving.

The Print button allows you to print a DYMO product label for all of the products selected in the product list.

The Delete button is only available on the Product Information view and allows you to delete the selected products in bulk. Deleted products are retained in the database for up to 7 days. After this they are permanently deleted.

The Labels button is only available on the Product Information view and allows you to tag the selected products with product labels.

If your ATS (Available To Sell) quantities are displayed in bold red then it means the product has gone below the re-order level after factoring in current listings and sales orders etc.

Product Suppliers view

The Product – Suppliers view shows you the products that have been configured with supplier details.

You can also view the preferred suppliers and products that are below their minimum stock levels.

The Export button allows you to export the product fields, which are specific to that view and the products selected in the list.

If you have more than one webstore then the name of each webstore will be displayed in the Store Name column.

The Export button allows you to export the product fields, which are specific to that view and the products selected in the list.

Updating multiple products with some common actions

The Bulk Action buttons above the Products List, allow you to update products in bulk. The buttons will only enable when at least one product is selected. Each view has its own set of Bulk Action buttons. Some of the core bulk actions can only be done from the Product Information view.

There are two ways to select products:

  • Use the Selector drop-down, just above the List to select or deselect bulk sets of products.
  • Use the checkboxes in the List to select individual combinations of products.
Prior to selecting your products, you can also apply a search filter to the list to isolate specific products, to update in bulk.

Searching your products

Each product view has its own search filter. Selecting the Show Filter button located above the list will display a set of useful search options. Remember to apply the search once you have entered all your search criteria.

Be aware that any applied searches will persist during the logged in session. You may wish to remove the search criteria at the conclusion of any search.

You can also use the search to find words or codes that you can only partially remember, by using wildcard search characters to search on some of the fields. These include the underscore symbol and the percentage symbol. Use the underscore to search any single character matches. Use the percentage to search on any combination of characters. Eg, If you wanted to search on a word/code like Sandbox, then here are some of the plethora of examples which will work: sand%, s%x, %sandbox%. If you know most of the word/code you are looking for, except for a single character, then try some of these examples: s_ndbox, sand_ox, s___bo_, _and__x.
