When logging in there are two options available. If you registered after 1 October 2015 or you came across from My Products then you will most likely use the Sign in with Trade Me button. Otherwise, you can log in by entering your email address and password into the fields you can see and selecting Sign In.
If you have forgotten your password then select the Forgotten your password? link on the Sign In tab. After you supply your email address an email will be sent to you so you can reset your password.
When logging in via the Sign in with Trade Me button and you are not already logged into Trade Me then you will be prompted for your Trade Me login details and then redirected by default back to Tradevine.
If you are already logged into Trade Me on your web browser, then you will be automatically logged into Tradevine without needing to complete the log in fields.
Passwords
New Tradevine passwords must comply with the following format:
- At least 8 characters.
- Must contain at least 1 upper case character.
- Must contain at least 1 lower case character.
- Must contain at least 1 number.
- Must contian at least 1 symbol or special character.
If you use your Trade Me login and password to log in then the password will comply with Trade Me's password rules.
